Terms and Conditions for enrolling in CPD Courses offered by Hong Kong CPD Courses Limited:
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration will be confirmed by email upon receipt of payment and at least 3 days in advance of the event (for bookings made at least a week before the event). You are advised to contact us to confirm your place if you have not received our confirmation prior to the commencement of the course.
Registration fee includes tuition and materials (e-copies). Attendance certificate and payment receipt will be provided upon request and as e-copies unless otherwise requested. Attendance certificate will not be issued if a registrant is absent for more than 30 minutes for a course of three hours or more in duration.
If a registrant cannot attend the booked event, they can nominate a replacement delegate to attend or request for a refund with a reduction of HK$300 as administration fee. The said request has to be made in writing and at least 24 hours in advance of the event.
Any bank charges and/ or expenses incurred as a result of returned cheques/ bank transfers will be borne by the registrants.
Hong Kong CPD Courses Limited reserves the right to make alterations or cancel any courses if the circumstances require. However, registrants will be refunded with full fee if this happens. Refunds will be made by cheque payable to the same name as paid for the course.
The seminar (online via Zoom) will take place as scheduled even if a No. 8 or higher tropical cyclone signal or black storm warning is raised.
